01 The challenge
Most bookings came through phone calls at all hours. Customers couldn't see a fare or choose a vehicle size, and the dispatcher re-typed every booking into a separate system.

We built a booking engine with instant fare estimates, vehicle selection by group size, multi-stop trips and airport transfers — plus a dispatch view where every booking lands automatically.
