Looking good is the minimum. A business website should answer questions, earn trust and make the next step obvious.
Start with the questions customers ask
Before a customer contacts you, they are trying to answer three questions: can you solve my problem, can I trust you, and what happens next? Every page should help answer at least one of them.
List the questions your sales team hears every week. Those questions are your content plan, your navigation and your FAQs.
Make the next step obvious
A clear call to action is not a button that says “Submit”. It is an offer that matches where the visitor is: a quote, a consultation, a brochure or a quick WhatsApp chat.
Keep forms short, explain what happens after someone submits, and make sure every enquiry lands somewhere your team will see it.
Treat speed as a feature
Most visitors arrive on a phone, often on a patchy connection. Optimised images, fewer scripts and good hosting are not technical details — they decide whether people stay.
