01 The challenge
Tour packages lived in PDFs and WhatsApp forwards. Enquiries arrived as “price?” messages with no dates or group size, so every lead needed two or three calls before a quote could be sent.
02 Our approach
We rebuilt the site around destinations and packages, added a day-by-day itinerary view and a structured enquiry form that captures dates, travellers and budget — sent straight to the sales CRM.
